Draw a centreline as construction geometry, click it in
the sketch, then use it. A datum axis works too, if it lies in the
plane of the sketch.
Radius 0.1–200
Selected edges
how they meet
Edges too tight for the radius are left sharp and
counted in the tree — the rest are still rounded.
Distance 0.1–200
Selected edges
how they meet
Edges too tight for the distance are left sharp and
counted in the tree. Seam edges are never offered.
Wall thickness
The wall grows INWARDS, so the outside of the part does
not move. A wall that will not fit is refused rather than producing an
invalid solid.
nothing selected
Removes the face and leaves the body OPEN — no volume,
not watertight. That is the point: an interior face a game engine will
never draw costs triangles in every frame. Mesh and STEP export both
still work, and the Solid badge says open shell afterwards.
Split along sketch
no sketches yet
No material moves. The region the sketch encloses
becomes a face of its own, so it can carry its own material or its own
mesh density. Everywhere it lands also splits the far side of a
through-projection.

Pick a face on the model and add it.
No seams. The pelt opens along its own outer edge.
Two or more faces. They have to touch, and the
group needs an open edge to be cut along — a closed shell has none.

A checker over the packed UVs. Even squares mean even
texel density; a stretched or sheared one means the chart needs work. The corner mark in
each square shows which way up the island is.
